Kim Christian
Principal

With more than 22 years of experience in treasury and commercial banking, Ms. Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her client work at Treasury Strategies.  Ms. Christian provides global cash management solutions to large corporate and financial institutions worldwide.

Prior to joining Treasury Strategies, Ms. Christian was a treasury management leader at Bank of America. She was responsible for cash management, capital markets, international and domestic finance, debt issuance, and foreign exchange. Additionally, Ms. Christian generated $250 million in new international credit card sales. 

At Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd., Ms. Christian developed company wide cash management policies.   Additionally, she was fully responsible for implementing a multimillion- dollar interest -rate hedging program. 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Christian graduated with honors from the University of Toronto, where she earned a degree in finance and economics.


Steven J. Coglianese
Consultant

As a Consultant at Treasury Strategies, Inc., Steven Coglianese advises corporate clients on a wealth of cash and treasury management issues as well as best practice reviews.  Mr. Coglianese works with financial institutions on strategy development, product analysis and research projects.

Prior to joining Treasury Strategies, Mr. Coglianese was a Treasury Management Sales Advisor to commercial clients at LaSalle Bank.  He also served as Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual Financial.

Mr. Coglianese graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University, where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship.  At Marquette University, Mr. Coglianese earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.


Manzur Qureshi
Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant with Treasury Strategies, Inc., Manzur Qureshi advises Financial Institution clients on a wide range of issues including international cash management, FX settlements, trade finance and short term lending products. Mr. Qureshi also works with Corporate clients to review best practices in the areas of: technology, cash management, foreign exchange and liquidity. 

Prior to joining Treasury Strategies, Mr. Qureshi spent sixteen years with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where he held several positions, most recently as a Relationship Director. During his time at RBS, he gained extensive Global Bank Treasury Sales experience working with Financial Institutions in North America, Southern Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Qureshi is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago.  Additionally, Mr. Qureshi has earned a Master of Science degree in Development Economics from St Antony's College, University of Oxford; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Politics from SOAS, University of London; and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK).
